Support Options:
We are always working on new support options with recommendations from our customers. So here are the basic ones that we have.
With purchase of the software you get 6 hours free tech support and all updates for one year.
Or you can purchase one of the following:
Gold plan that gives your church unlimited hours tech support and all updates (everything) for $200 / year.
Silver plan that gives your church 4 hours of tech support and all updates, enhancements, new items, (everything) for $150 /year.
Bronze plan that gives you 2 hours of tech support for $70 / year.
This support is online support through our remote access tools built into the software. In some locations we may have a support person that can go to your site if needed. It includes all related support for Parish Pro and Advanced Church Pro.
Support Tools:
VNC: used for remote access, this software also in under the help menu in our software.
